BTCV Cheshire is working on an exciting new project with The Woodland Trust over the next few months and into Spring and you can get involved.
The Woodland Communities Project aims to make links with local people in the Runcorn area to raise awareness about their local woodlands on their doorstep. They are organising a range of volunteer events, from practical tasks to kids clubs and training courses, many of which will be FREE to Runcorn residents. Theres a promotional flyer for the project which has all the details of events coming up.
Many of the practical days will be done alongside BTCVs Halton & Warrington Midweek Group, however others are encouraged to get involved, so if you would like to attend a day on this project then please get in touch with James Kendall at BTCV on 07740 899712 or 01244 300230, or email j.kendall[at]btcv.org.uk

Also available: a Murdishaw Nature Detective Club flyer and List of Opportunities from Nov to March '10.
